Life after ISZN

The story of two Graduates:

ISZN Graduate Sarah Baader:

Sarah Baader joined us for her International AS levels and A levels in 2015, having transferred from a larger international school, and she graduated in 2017.
A Levels studied: History, Biology and Mathematics
AS Levels studied: Geography and Business Studies

What is she up to now?

Studying International Affairs at the University of St Gallen (HSG)

“ISZN is a small school and that’s what makes it so special. As I switched school systems and adjusted to the A level system, the small class sizes helped me to integrate more easily whilst also maintaining strong relationships with my teachers. Since it’s a smaller school compared to other international ones, teachers here are much more flexible in terms of helping each student out individually and giving us the extra support needed to pass the exams. I really enjoyed my two years at ISZN (it wasn’t all work, we still had a lot of fun with Halloween dance, Prom, etc) and I am thankful for the opportunity to have attended there!’

ISZN Graduate Ishika Paul:

Ishika Paul Graduated from ISZN in June 2016.
A Levels studied: Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English
AS Levels studied: Biology

What is she up to now?

Studied Computer Engineering at University of Michigan, now pursuing a PhD in Computer Engineering focusing on “Computer Architecture and Operating Systems” or “Cyber Physical Systems for Medical Benefits”.

“AS and A levels were very helpful because I was able to skip an entire year of Engineering school because I had already studied the material at ISZN. It was also excellent preparation for university.”
