ISZN Students Shine at the Summer Instrumental Recital
Authored by Hannah Grigg
ISZN students recently took to the stage for a wonderful Summer Instrumental Recital, sharing their progress, confidence and love of music with families and teachers.
The recital took place on Wednesday, 27 May, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at the ISZN Stage. Throughout the evening, students performed pieces they had prepared during their instrumental lessons, giving the school community a chance to celebrate their hard work and musical growth.
Building Confidence Through Live Music Performance
Each performance showed more than musical skill. Students demonstrated the confidence and bravery it takes to perform in front of an audience, stay focused, continue through unexpected mistakes and express music with care.
The evening featured performances on piano, guitar and voice, bringing together a community of instrumental learners and supportive families. It was a special opportunity for students to encourage one another and share where they are in their musical journey.
We are incredibly proud of every student who performed. Their courage, preparation and progress were clear throughout the recital.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our instrumental teachers, Toia, Hanna, Maria and Benjamin, for their dedication, encouragement and support of our young musicians throughout the year. Their guidance has helped students grow in skill, confidence and enjoyment of music.
Congratulations to all of our ISZN instrumental students on a beautiful Summer Instrumental Recital.
