More Than Just Play: A Look Inside ISZN’s Summer Camp 2025
This summer, ISZN has been buzzing with energy as we welcome our early years campers—from Preschool through Grade 1—for a seven-week journey of creativity, discovery, and joyful learning.
Each week brings a new theme designed to spark curiosity and imagination. From Ocean, Sharks & Pirates to Creative Arts & Nature, Animal Kingdom, and Puppet Week, children take part in hands-on projects, outdoor games, guided mindfulness, and group activities that reflect ISZN’s whole-child approach to learning.
Days begin with a warm and inclusive Sharing Circle, followed by morning activities such as crafting caterpillars, planting seeds in decorated containers, or building pirate puppets. After lunch, children enjoy calming guided meditation and afternoon play—ranging from scavenger hunts in nearby parks to water games and cooperative challenges on the school grounds.
Each Friday brings a moment of celebration: children showcase their creativity in the weekly Talent Show, and counsellors present personalised diplomas that highlight the positive traits each child demonstrated during the week.
Led by our experienced and caring educators, the camp offers ISZN’s Early Years learners a safe, joyful environment where they can explore, express, and grow together with familiar faces and trusted routines.
Now in Week 4, the adventure continues—with plenty more to come as we move through the second half of the programme.
